Who’s going to sMOOch the cow on Friday June 20th? The penny war around town will decide (vote now to June 18). Join us on the library lawn at 7 pm. Bring a blanket or chair. The Waterloo City Band will perform. There will be free Ice cream served during intermission by Portland Booster 4H with dairy jokes!
Our Kiss the Cow winner will be announced!
